With only 10 seats at the chef’s counter, the eatery provides an intimate, refined experience you won’t soon forget. The exquisite decor elegantly balances Eastern inspiration with modern design elements to create a striking yet soothing space.

Dinner Experience

Dinner here is a two-and-a-half hour experience that immerses you in the traditions and tastes of Japanese cuisine and culture. The meal is served omakase, where the chef crafts a changing menu based on the best fish available and your personal tastes. The price for dinner at THE INOUE is $300 per person, not including beverages and tax. Providing exceptional hospitality is an integral part of Japanese culture, and therefore gratuity is kindly not accepted. A smart-casual dress code is required. 

Private Sushi Bar

An additional 4-6 seats are located in our private bar and are available to guests who have dined with us previously. This intimate, luxurious space is perfectly suited for business meetings and refined family gatherings. An additional charge of $50 per person applies.

Dietary Restrictions

If you or your guests have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please kindly inform us when making your reservation. Without advance notice, THE INOUE may not be able to accommodate any requests on the night of your dinner. Unfortunately, due to the presence of gluten in soy sauce, THE INOUE is unable to accommodate customers with gluten allergies. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation Policy

A $300 charge will apply for no-shows or parties that cancel within two days of their reservation day. For parties of four or more, a charge of $300 per guest will apply if the reservation is cancelled within seven days of the reservation date.
